A planned gift is a donation made through a will, an annuity, a trust, or as part of life insurance planning. Also known as a legacy gift, it is a donation designated now to be made in the future. Often it’s a statement of how a donor wishes to be remembered. As such, legacy gifts are intended to be lasting, meaningful, and personal.
Whether giving through one’s estate or during one’s lifetime, planned giving ensures your financial and philanthropic interests are met with the best possible outcome and alignment with what is most important to you. It is an opportunity to work in partnership with the leadership team to set a vision for the future of the school.
You may designate your gift for general purposes or to one of the following programs and the interest earned will fund the area of your choice, year after year, in perpetuity:
You may make a gift from your will directly to the school by directing your bequest to a specific fund already in existence or by establishing your own named fund.
